Besides, they can also use the added time to feel refreshed and clear their minds from the clutter of everyday existence.
A good suggestion for cardio programs for fat burning is interval training. Interval training is alternating a light activity with a burst of activity that requires more intensity. For example, a 10 minute walk can be alternated with a ten minute jog. This can be done until the allotted time for exercise is up. Experts have noted that this strategy has been effective in burning more calories and fat. For those who are jogging, they can do 5 minute sprints in between.

Weight training is also an important part of burning fat as it keeps muscles and the skin supple. Even if the fat is gone, a person's body will not really show improvement if he or she has skin sagging all over his or her body. Weight training thrice a week is advised for beginners, and once that flabs have been minimized, weight training twice a week is advised to keep the body's tone. Weight training will aid the person, not just in fat burning, but also in achieving a well-proportioned body. It rather looks awkward to see someone with highly developed arms but with 'chicken legs' or a developed core but skinny arms.
