Seating Leg Lifts
Sit down on the floor with your hands at the back around 6 to 8 inches away and your legs stretched in front. Gradually raise your legs from the floor and while you have gained stability, bring your hands in front of you. Hold this position for 15 counts and then gradually return your legs to the original position. Do the exercise 3 to 5 times.
Lying Leg Lifts
This is one of the easiest ab workouts but is also one of the most effective. Put your hands beside your buttocks and not behind your buttocks. Lift your legs up simultaneously until they make a 90-degree angle with the floor. Slowly bring them down until they are about 8 to 10 inches from the floor before raising them up again. This is one count of the exercise. Make 10 to 12 repetitions, keeping your feet off the floor while doing each repetition.
Oblique Crunch
This can be done by lying down on the floor with your knees bent. Entwine your fingers and put your hands behind your head for support. Raise your upper body from the floor and twist towards your right while trying to touch your left elbow towards your right knee. Slowly return to the center without touching the floor with your shoulders. Do the same with the other side, touching your right elbow with your left knee. Make 12 to 15 repetitions for each side.
V Crunches
This abdominal exercise is effective in toning both your upper and lower abs. Stretch your hands above your head while keeping your legs stretched before you. Slowly lift your legs from the floor until they make a 90-degree angle with the floor. Raise your upper body from the floor while trying to touch your toes with your fingers. Bring down your upper body without touching the floor with your shoulders. Do this for 12 to 15 times for each side. While doing this workout, ensure that your legs aren't bent; they should be stretched up.
While doing all these ab workouts, you should make sure to include cardiovascular exercises with your exercise routine. These exercises will guarantee faster burning of fats, helping you achieve your goal faster.
