This does not mean that you will not have to spray dirt and other grime off the siding a few times a year though. Vinyl siding will never be completely maintenance free but it is very close. The maintenance costs are so small that it is the reason most manufacturers will say it is maintenance free. You have to realize that at some point though you will have to replace your siding because it does not last forever. For all of you that are eco-friendly, vinyl siding is one of those items that are hard to dispose of but manufacturers are working tirelessly to figure out ways to dispose of it in a more ecological manner.
