How do you stay focused for max results? You see, it's really easy to lose our focus and lose our direction. I'll give you a good example of focus. Sometimes kids are a good source of real estate training. Some of my children's friends were over the other day. The kids played with video games and toys. Everyone was doing their own thing all at the same time in the same room. I noticed my son was sitting on the couch playing the Wii. One of his friends saw a toy on the couch next to him. So, he goes straight for the toy. He picks up the toy and he's standing there looking at it. All the while, his whole body is in front of my son who's moving his head back and forth to see the TV. We called out the friend's name, trying to get his attention. But, he wouldn't look. He was focused on that toy. That is focus.

My son was very focused on a toy. He wanted a Ben 10 Ultimate Echo Echo toy like he was gonna die if he didn't get it. He spent all day long talking about this toy and asking when he could get one. He wouldn't go to sleep at night because all he could do was talk about how he wanted that toy so bad. He said, "I'm not going to sleep until I get that toy." He did this for about a week, after which he finally got the toy.

My son was devoted to thinking about his goal of getting that toy all day long./My son thought all day about the toy. So that is our example. Children can be very fixated on one thing and they won't get distracted. They're very good at it. We can learn a lesson from them about maintaining focus on what we want to do.

Accomplishing the most important tasks each day is needed to make your real estate agent business profitable. Here are some tips to follow that will help you maintain your focus.

1. Clean up your work space. An organized desk is less distracting. Try to only keep on your desk what is needed for the particular task you are working on.
2. Try playing music softly. This can help you not get caught up listening to some other conversation near you.
3. Refer to your plan for the day when you feel like you are getting lost.
4. Keep your goals handy for you to review when you need to get back on track.
5. If all else fails. Find a quiet place where you can be alone. Sometimes, what you are working on just needs undivided attention.

Keep focus on your objective and let the distractions fall by the way side. Prevent distractions to maximize your profits. You can do it!
