You have to be calm when you scuba dive so you don't consume too much oxygen. Less oxygen means less diving time. If you want, you can do yoga before you do the actual dive. You can also meditate minutes before you jump into the water. Being relaxed helps you consume less oxygen when you do an underwater dive.
