Or, avoid this altogether and go for a marinara sauce.
Creativity and imagination as well as some research on the subject will help you along the way. By doing this research, you will find great recipes and even some foods that are recommended which could lower your LDL count. Of course, you don't have to follow such a diet only if you have been diagnosed with this problem. You could start doing this to ensure a healthy life before problems begin. Making smart choices, like frozen yogurt over ice cream is one way.
