RC technically means radio controlled or remote controlled; thus, RC jets are known as radio controlled jets. These are actually toy jets that can really fly because it has a motor and remote control that you can use to make this jet fly. Its motor is powerful enough to run its propeller and to make it fly. The remote control that comes with is sends out an intense amount of signal that can reach the plane even when its too far from you so you don't have to worry about losing your plane -- or being unable to control your plane, even at a short distance although it has its limitation. This capability makes this toy jet an extreme toy not just for the big guys but also for kids who can already manage to control this toy.

You can actually make a hobby out of this toy because now, there have been a lot of fanatics who have been flying RC jets across the country. You don't have to worry about where to search for these jets because as earlier said these can be found in hobby shops or toy stores everywhere. Moreover, there are many websites that are selling these jets so you just have to scout the world wide web for this and you can just use your credit card to make purchases for you jet. When it comes to the price, there are jets that cost at least $90 and some would go as much as $500 depending on the model and the type of motor and remote control that the jet has. If the jet happens to be a scale model of a famous fighter plane or a high-end jet plane, then that would somehow cost more than the usual toy jet. Other than that, if the jet plane happens to have the most powerful motor and radio control, then that would be an additional price. Some jets are actually run by nitro that gives it a better boost so that means that you have to pay more for it.

Well, it could be your preference whether you want to pay for more or not. If you just want to fly a radio control jet just for fun's sake, then you need not to purchase those upgrades for your jet. The more upgrades that you have for you jet means that the more you have to pay. Besides, if you just want to fly and collect RC jets then you can settle with those that you can find in the box.
