Watch your temperature, your workout routine and how much you perspire . If the weather is hot and you are sweating too much, drink more water to restore the fluids that you have lost. This will not only restore fluid, it will also make you feel refreshed and energize you back.
After exercising, you should let your body refuel. After resting for about 30 to 45 minutes, let your body regain the energy and eat something. You can have a sand which or yogurt to help you refuel. You may not feel hungry after the work out but you need to eat something nonetheless. Just have something which can refill the energy that you have lost when you were working out. Always remember that this nutrition was not called sports nutrition for nothing. People who are into sports or building muscles needs more than the regular everything of a person who is not really into sports or any athletic activities. Eat well, eat right and eat regularly to regain the strength and energy exerted while you were working out. And of course, always remember that you also need to rest. Resting your muscles or body will make it grow and feel better. Just follow these and you will not encounter any problem despite your strenuous and athletic life.
