Many disorders can actually cause this internal instance. The disorder ischemia for example can cause direct blood-oxygenated deprivation to the penis as it completely shuts the blood vessels, preventing all directions of entry. Diabetes can also cause erection impairment. Aside from its disrupting effect to blood flow, it also causes neural damage which is very important in achieving an erection.
