The Things You Need to Know About Hooked on Phonics

Learning is not always an easy task, especially for children as young as four or five years of age. Children in the early childhood stage often prefer playing over learning and fun over reading. As you move further into the program you will then focus on other reading skills.

2. Lessons – The child would definitely not get bombarded with lessons that are too much for him or her to bear. 4. Materials – You don't need to hire a teacher. Just pop the CD into your player and you're ready to go. Along with this disk are the flashcards and workbooks to help with the mastery of skills being taught. Other materials include learning charts, incentive charts and stickers.

You can definitely learn while having fun, and you don't have to go through great trouble just to prove this point to your children. It is all a matter of implementing the right program with them, like Hooked on Phonics, so that they won't resent learning and instead embrace it.
