First and foremost, the invention can solve the environmental problems caused by using energy from fossil fuels of which global warming is the most pressing. This speaks of the sustainability of the technology. In addition, solar panels are the truest embodiment of the concept of unlimited. The only hindrance to harvesting energy from the sun is if the sun will die as any star. Of course, humans will not be needing energy should that time come. The technology has also become cheaper through various advancements made such as cost-efficient PV system parts.
