These air cleaners are able to get a hold of smaller particles of dust better than HEPA filters.

Another type of air cleaners which are quite prevalent │ common these days is what they call ionic air purifiers. These purifiers have negatively-charged air particles which magnetize positively-charged air pollutants. When the combination is made, they become too heavy to stay suspended in the air and eventually settle down as dust. Some ionic air cleaners have filtration systems which remove the created │ produced dust.

Other air cleaners available in the market are electrostatic filters, hydroxyl radical air cleaners, and ultraviolet (UV) light air purifiers. Some cleaners put two or more technologies to make the process of cleaning and purification more effective. Although they are not the cheapest things on earth, there are definitely │ absolutely worth their costs.
