Every company knows the importance of these examinations as they can determine whether an individual is qualified or not; they can also tell how risky it is to employ a candidate.
Interviews are usually done after examinations; their purpose is to get to know the candidates that vie for the position. The candidates will be asked on what their contributions might be and how their strengths can be the strengths of the organization, and many more.
