Through activities like meditation, a person gets in touch with his inner self and is able to feel more happy and contented. Other activities like dancing, yoga, and interaction with other believers help achieve this goal.

Man should be in continuous search for ways on how to improve himself, his skills, and his personality to be able to feel more satisfied and happier with his life. If one is successful in making small improvements every now and then, he maintains a positive attitude and invites the universe to bring him better things.
