With technological advancement, a number of other styles have been made available, although many of these are very much like the original hand crafted ones.

Bamboo shades have this natural appearance to them that makes them the best option for those who prefer a simple look to their room. Their simplicity makes it possible for them to complement a lot of decorating styles. Vacuuming, wiping with a damp towel, or even just dusting with a feather dust, makes cleaning these shades simpler and more convenient. Aside from that they are way cheaper compared to other shades.

In the end, bamboo shades could still be the best shade for any room, except for a children's room of course. Aside from simply meeting the necessary purposes of privacy and light control, they have so many wonderful properties that make them beneficial to any room.
