You don't want to choose a diet containing foods you hate. Don't worry about actually enjoying a diet, you're meant to. So it doesn't really matter that you may enjoy certain foods in the diet. People who will resist the temptation of eating other foods outside of their diet, or eat too much of a certain food in their diet WILL succeed in quick weight loss.
Last, don't eat too much carbohydrates and foods that are high in fat. You can't lose weight if you're eating these foods. Chicken and fish should be the things you are eating because they are high in protein, and are essential for you if you want to lose weight really fast.
