So you have reached 60+ and still intend to stay fit and healthy. The good news is that it is not at all impossible for you to achieve your goal. 3. The ideal exercise strategy: Since you are aging, your body may not be strong enough to handle heavyweight machines. Truth to be told, there is really no need to spend time or money on gym; you can remain fit for free.
All you need to do is to get a pair of walking shoes for yourself and walk, run or jog daily! That is all you have to do to remain fit for life!
